@Jenna Happy birthday to her ❤️ and yes it’s understandable right now since like you said they can’t communicate but it can get frustrating.
@Liza for sure! It's so hard all around.
My baby will be turning 1 on the 29th too this month and she ass well is throwing tantrums :/ I try to calm her down by talking to her and sometimes it works sometimes it don’t 🤷🏽♀️ she also yells like really loud when she doesn’t get her way is there any advice for this??!
Mine turns 1 on the 30th and he has BAD tantrums, especially when I try to brush his teeth. I’ve been trying to brush my teeth in front of him and showing him that it’s something everyone’s gotta do but he’s, of course, not gonna understand… just part of being a parent i guess 🤷🏻♀️
You’re not alone! Mine is a screamer too! The best thing you can do is stay calm. Ignore them if they’re just throwing a fit because you said no. The worst thing you can do is try to entertain it and give them their way. They will eventually learn that no means no and they can’t always have their way. It’s a phase. This is my 4th and he’s very very strong willed and throws all the tantrums but I know it’ll pass.
Totally typical! Mine has started doing it, too. She's one year old, just today! It's so hard when they can't fully communicate their wants and needs. https://raisingchildren.net.au/toddlers/behaviour/crying-tantrums/tantrums
