C section stitches pain

Hey hun ! I have had the exact same , I’m 2weeks pp, Mine on of stings and I also had slight bleeding on the side due to the stitch being open a bit, I just dressed it myself with a steri strip to close the wound up (midwife approved ) and just take paracetamol/ibru. It’s a sign of healing the sting , as long as it’s not showing signs of infection. I seem now have slight swelling about the scar but saw my Midwife yesterday and she said that’s normal too x
@Mollie Hi I had my MW appt today and she said its bleeding because the stitch is opened a bit but very slightly and will heal on its own x
Yeah that’s like me ! Has she re dressed it for you? I asked what to do about mine and said can I put a streri strip on it and she said I could and mine did close then x
@Mollie she said it will heal on its own I’m not having more bleeding now x Its seems the wound is healing But have got pains specially I’m sitting alot as I’m BF
Oh that’s good! Yeah take it easy hun, I feel/felt so fine so I was just doing stuff as normal but sometimes I do get uncomfortable when I go for a walk or if I stand up and rock baby to sleep, certain movements trigger it ! We need to be careful 🥲c
I’m 3 weeks pp after section. I don’t have pain on my scar but i do have pain on the inside. I’ve had 2 previous sections but completely forgot when i started to feel better again. I have been doing alot though and not really resting as i have 2 other children to look after. Hope you feel better soon x
