Zoo trip

I'm taking my 2 year old daughter to the zoo tomorrow for the first time. I'm not sure how to prepare for it because the last time I went to the zoo was 3 years ago with my older stepchildren.

Pack sunscreen, stroller, food and water, have her wear comfortable shoes. If she's a runner, a wrist leash or backpack one is good

Think lightweight. Only have the necessities.

Snacks, drinks, shoes, light jacket đź’›

Definitely the portable fans my baby was so red the first time I went and the fan helped so much I don’t go anywhere in the summer without it

I’d pack the stroller, sunscreen, lots of water and snacks. I would go right when they open so it wouldn’t be so crowded. Depending on how long you’d be there I would plan lunch there or I would pack sandwiches as the cafe can get pricey but it’s up to you.

Pack something for her hands, I mean something to fidget with if things get boring or you have to wait in line. Stay off your phone as much as possible, and just enjoy her enjoyment. Lastly, take breaks. Her attention span is short, and the zoo will be overstimulating at times.
