Baby gone from 95th percentile to 1st

Has this happened to anyone else?

My baby was born 9lbs1oz he was on the 91st percentile. He then within 10 days went up to 95th percentile weighing over 10lbs. He was also 95th percentile in height 55cm long when born

He is now 9 months old and his weight is 30th percentile (19lbs 3) and his height he is 1st percentile only measuring 67cm. He went from being 95th down to 1st. He put on weight really quickly and slowed down almost completely at 4 months old. The health visitor isn’t worried though

He is only 12cm bigger at 9 months old than when he was born which seems crazy😅

Also when I look back at newborn photos I don’t think “wow he was so small” I think oh he wasn’t much smaller then than he is now 😅🥹

Trust your gut - ask for a referral from your GP to a peds consultant. Might be nothing but that’s a pretty big change!

Looking back my girls grew 20 & 26cm from birth to 9 months old so i think id speak to the dr just incase. I know they slow down at points but as far as im aware they dont like them dropping more than 2 centiles so to go from 95th to 1st is quite a big drop.

Hospital bag (UK)

What did everyone pack for their section? I'm staying in for 3 days due to mental health, not really sure what I'll need to bring, feeling very nervous. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

Pregnancy after c section

What time scale did everyone get pregnant again after a c section?
I know the doc said they recommend eating at least a year to 18 months but it took 4 years to get pregnant the first time after being told we could not conceive naturally so not wanting to stop it happening knowing it could take a very long time again but also worried.

Labour

Think im a bit confused really, i went into traige as was having contractions eveey 3-5mins. Since being here im now having them every 2-3mins which was confirmed with the machine and i think the toco was 90-100 and they feel painful and my lower back is in loads of pain but apparently im only just over 2cm dilated maybe, she has said i can stay here for a bit longer to see if things progress as had a previous quick birth as well but i dont understand why the pains are coming this quick if im only 2cm dilated and feel a bit deflated from it also.

I had a sweep this morning also.

C section trauma ?

Is it a thing to be traumatised by a c section delivery? I’m 4 weeks pp after having an emergency c section. I won’t go into the ins and outs to what got me there 😂
Nothing went wrong in the surgery at all, it was just incredibly intense, overwhelming and scary, but luckily my baby was delivered safe!
However I’m finding my birth experience quite difficult to even think about and when I do, I feel a horrid gut wrenching feeling, my heart aches and I just uncontrollably cry! My body feels really alien to me, like it’s not my own and I just feel really let down.
