What do you do or where do you go when you need some time to yourself?
I'm a mum of 3 (2 teens & a toddler)
I get absolutely no time to myself, the past year has been difficult and the stress is genuinely making me ill.
Children's medical needs, bullying at school, relationship problems etc and I'm really struggling to just stay afloat!
I've been on the IAPT waiting list since Jan and currently taking antidepressants.
Feel like I need to do something or go somewhere but feels like it would be selfish as I'm needed here! 😩 😩
(And I don't know where to go or what to do as I don't have much of a life 🙈)
