Hernia after surgery

I have a hernia after my c section but I think it’s more from damage throughout my pregnancy that’s caused it

I had a huge one hurts to cough 3 weeks i feel like going back to normal still feel my intestines moving back me still thinking there is a baby in me you can feel your stomach moving back

Mines a sliding hernia above my stomach and I have to eat small bites of food and plenty of water when I eat too x

I had an epigastric hernia in my abdomen through pregnancy, emergency c section in August 2024 so they held off operating until I fully recovered from section. Had my hernia repair surgery in March and I’d say I was fine after a week or two xx
