We go to the parks, zoo or walks really. My toddler hates being stuck inside and goes crazy haha x
I work part time so when he's at nursery he's often playing outside. Then my days with him we go to the park most days, and if it's awful weather we would nornally go to a stay and play - I can't cope with us being indoors all day, he's just not entertained unless we're out and we're both happier going to do something together! I can't comment on what it'll be like as they grow up as I only have one child, but my friends with older kids (2-4) all are pretty much the same where they need to go out and do something most days 🤷🏼‍♀️
Sometimes the only thing we’ll do in the day is the local playground. As if we’ve had a busy week with nursery and then a busy Saturday, we try to show the important of rest and being content playing at home.
I live in a second story flat with a newborn baby as well so its difficult for me to get the pushchair set up to take them on a walk but if it was easier then i definitely would
@ruby We live on first floor , kinda relate.... Can you not keep the pram downstairs or is it not spacious enough?
We go out/ park on the days my son doesn't have nursery, just to break the day up for us all

We go outside every day. Daddy takes him in the mornings for about 10 minutes while I'm getting breakfast. Since the sun has been shining, we literally spend most of the day outside - a bucket of water, pegs and some stacking cups and we're good for hours. However I feel guilty I barely take him to the park except on weekends, because we live in the countryside and the nearest one is 10min drive away, and once we need to battle the carseat it's pfaff. So we generally go for walks in the woods instead
