You just have to keep repeating moving their hands away and saying no until they do understand. With babies and little ones it’s unfortunately the only way is for them to be repeated being told off
@Jubeda when I do that he has a mini melt down and does it more and when told not more of a melt down and continues
something that worked for me (even though it was hard to do) is hold a completely blank face when they do it, like it doesn’t bother you/you haven’t even noticed them doing it. The lack of attention from it will make them decide it’s not worth their time x
