My 3 year old still has cradle cap that her hair comes out in clumps and leaves little bald patches, I was told it will just clear up and to try dandruff shampoo but alas here we still are, is there anything else I can try ( uk if that’s any different)

Here to also see if any other mamas have advice. My little boy is the same. Its awful seeing it come out isn't it

My 6 week old had it severe from her milk allergy and when she was in hospital the consultant prescribed her T-gel. I was worried as the box says do not use under the age of 12 years but he assured me she will be fine and she is 🙏🏽🙏🏽 it’s definitely helping and it looks so much better.

My son had it bad and his hair would come out with it all the time, we ended up taking him to the drs and they prescribed a treatment shampoo (we had tried all the treatment stuff over the counter, tgel and oils nothing worked) the shampoo they gave us worked great and within 2/3 months and a little more hair loss as I brushed it out, it cleared and he has been cleared since
I’m so scared of her losing her hair as she’s got such long pretty blonde hair 😭 seeing the bald patches crop up cause she has to wear her hair up for school and so many clips as she’s got so much baby hair is heart breaking

I can imagine, jsut from that picture you can see how beautiful her hair must be, my boy has thick hair we had to bring ourselves to think it’s better now then in a few years when they’re more aware. It wasn’t loads that was lost with the treatment
