Getting Induced

At what week they going to induce you?

They shouldnt induce if she’s small?? they usually induce if the baby is measuring big or if there health complications

Not induced but I’m having a scheduled c section around 37 (hopefully 38 weeks).our doctors don’t want me to go into labor because we are really high risk. We have a benign cyst on my umbilical cord and to prevent rupture and death, we are not allowed to have a vaginal birth. Second baby, nervous since I’ve never had a c section but we have an amazing team and know they are going to be amazing ♥️

they induce if they drop to really percentiles, they usually call it Intrauterine growth restriction. They do it when they feel like baby would grow better on the outside.

I have my c section scheduled for my twins at 38 weeks but MFM doesn't seem very confident I will make it until then 😬

I got induced with my first at 37 weeks as she was SGA. She started getting stressed so they used suction to get her out quickly. Turned out her umbilical cord was wrapped around her neck, so it was a good thing we got her out early and while she was still small. I would have done things exactly the same, even if it meant conversion to a c-section!

Deffos do the research first on getting induced!! It’s a high risk of getting an emergency section!

I was induced due to fire restrictions at 38 weeks with my first ! BUT he was born 6lbs 6oz an heathy as can be 🫶🏽
