My tummy is sensitive still and I’m 5 weeks pp!

It’s normal. You are off pain meds, more active, looking after two kids this time and a few years older than after baby 1 (maybe)☺️ I felt more achey like my body was like “this again?”. I was chasing a toddler around, breastfeeding and my body was recovering for a second time.
It heals the same though, just takes time. Imagine inflating a balloon, the first time it’s stiff to inflate and takes effort to stretch. Then deflate it and do it again, it’s weaker and easier to inflate. Your body is going through the motion of resetting organs into place, healing again internally and externally along incisions and your core is coming back online.
I was told with my second baby he was in a different position so they needed to pull a bit harder. Internal bruising takes weeks to move to the surface and start healing from the inside out.

There's a lot of layers healing inside even if your skin outside is getting there that's why they say 6 weeks to heal your incision may take less but there's a lot you can't see they've cut through 7 layers of tissue x try not to over do it running after your older child you probably were more able to rest the first time
