Anyone else’s baby constantly need the pacifier put back in at night?
My girl never needed it at night - just to fall asleep but once she spit it out it would remain out all night! Not sure if it’s the regression but I think I’ve put it back in 10 times Last night and I’m tired 🥲
Is this a phase cause of the sleep regression or is it here to stay? Any way to kick the habit!

My baby never liked the pacifier when she was newborn, she used it but as she grew more, she’s right now four months I kind of don’t really use pacifier anymore so she doesn’t really take it anymore

Yes! If my LO wakes in the night the pacifier can help him get back to sleep. I am worried about what that looks like once he’s in his own room, but for now I’ll take the ‘easy’ transition back to sleep 🙌

Yeahh during the sleep regression I remember waking up like every hour from 4am to 8am just to put the pacifier back in ...now we are out of the sleep regression and it's just back to once in the middle of the night and that's it
wow that sounds exactly like
My daughter! She’ll sleep without it up until 3/4 and then it’s non stop putting it back in from there until she wakes from her night sleep 😭! When did your LO go through the sleep regression as mines just turned 4 months and she’s already started! And how long did it last for you??
