A tooth or am i mad?

So my LG is 4 months old next week and she's been showing signs of teething for like a month now?! Im a FTM so this is all a bit new to me! My mum says it is but i just wanted more opinions 😅 Is this a tooth coming? Bad photo because she is a wriggle bum 😂

Thats what i thought too!! But it has 2 points underneath as if to break skin and its been there and getting more white for about 2 weeks 🤔
