Do any of you ever feel this way?

Do you ever wonder if your husband likes you? Sometimes I really do feel this man doesn’t even like me?! At times he can be so hostile towards me so cold and hard and then other times he’s like my best friend. We used to be so close and have a genuine friendship but now I feel it’s all gone.

I’m sure I’ve played my part when I’ve let my insecurities get the better of me… and now I think he just resents and detests me🥺 and if I’m honest I think I resent and detest me too.

Can we come back from this? (Don’t say therapy he’s not interested and I’ve tried and it didn’t work for me) has anyone ever been here and come through on the other side?

I feel so alone and unloved and it’s worse when I don’t even really love myself at the moment. I feel I’ve been my own fault rose enemy and have let myself down how can anyone else love me.

I have 4 kids too!! It’s not easy at all! Some days I don’t even recognise myself. I adore my kids and always wanted a big family but I don’t know why I’ve drifted so far from me to the point I feel my husband doesn’t even see me either. I’m sorry you feel the same! Ur not alone and ima being love and hugs and pray we have better days ahead 💕

Hey love, just want to start by saying — you're not alone in this, and what you’re feeling is completely valid. I’ve definitely had those moments of wondering, “Does he even like me?” 😅

Relationships go through seasons, and this one might feel especially hard, but it doesn’t mean it’s the end.

It’s so normal to feel like you've lost parts of yourself in becoming a mum or a partner — your identity shifts, and it’s a lot to hold.

As a therapist (sorry! 😅), I’d usually recommend therapy — but truly, you don’t need it to start healing the connection. Sometimes it’s about the tiniest steps back toward each other. Silly, simple things: a little note, sending a photo from a memory you both loved, eye contact a bit longer....

Also, don’t underestimate physical touch (not necessarily sex!!) just brushing hands, hugs, touching his hair... — small things that help your body feel connected and safe again.

You’re not broken, you’re just worn out, human ❤️

Could we stop labelling people as narcissists based on very limited context?

Narcissistic personality disorder requires a persistent and pervasive pattern of behaviour present over time and across many situations, and only a mental health professional can diagnose it after proper evaluation, you cannot diagnose NPD based on a Peaunut post.

Mood swings, emotional disconnection, and inconsistent affection come from many different things: stress, burnout, communication breakdown, trauma, attachment styles, etc, etc...

We all have traits that are self-centered at times - it doesn’t mean we’re narcissists; suggesting otherwise without full context is kind of crazy. People need support, not more confusion.

So many times we think we know how they are feeling towards us! Because we feel this way about us. Use your words. Ask questions. Talk through this! He may not actually feel how you think he feels about you

Help! First time mum -

I have a 4 month old and now all of a sudden when he’s been asleep for 1hr30/2hrs he will wake up screaming (high pitched) I’ve tried winding him sometimes that helps, I’ve tried bicycle legs & bringing his knees up but that doesn’t seem to help but he brings his knees up himself sometimes but nothing happens. I’ve noticed since the 4 month mark he has started to struggle passing wind downwards! Any tips?

Bath Time

Help! My baby is 3 and a half weeks old. Every bath she goes in quite happy but will only stay like this for a very few mins, if I try to clean her or move her we have tears and after a few mins the same. It's like she is scared. Our current baby bath is quite big should I try a different one? Looking for any suggestions as want her to enjoy bath time not be upset and I'm scared I'm going to make her hate it😢💗

Big nursing bras!

I’m looking for recommendations for good nursing bras for bigger breasted ladies!

I’m currently in a 38H which seems to be the biggest size done at M&S (UK based mama here) and it’s snug and not as supportive as I’d like. When I look online, they mainly seem to be sized S, M, L, XL etc rather than bra sizes.

Any recommendations please?

Crying during feeding

Hey mams! My girl is 6 weeks on Monday and is having so much trouble with feeding. It doesn’t happen every feed but more often than not she will start a bottle and just start crying as if she’s in pain and she can’t take the milk. I think it’s trapped wind but I genuinely don’t know what to do it’s so pitiful to see her not be able to feed! She’s formula fed and on HiPP Organic.
Anyone else been in this position? I’m pretty sure it’s just a bit of trapped wind that she needs to fart out but can’t! If anyone has any advice I’d be very grateful as I think I may need to tape my eyelids open soon 😂
