VBAC

Hey girls! Any second time mums out there had a successful VBAC? I had to have a section with my first as she was breech, so it was a planned one. What are your tips or what helped you get through it and make it successful? This will be my first time feeling contractions, labour etc and I really would like it to go to plan ( I know that is never the case but a girl can dream 😂) Thank youuuu 🥰

Following as I have the same question!

Also following as my first was an emergency section, due to him being stubborn 😅 and super torn between getting another section because I know it, or trying for a VBAC

@Annabelle I also had an emergency C-section with my son. I am aiming for a Vbac. Hopefully there are some successful stories on here to boost my confidence 🙏🏼💕 wishing you all the best 💕

Also aiming for a VBAC - had a conversation with my consultant on Monday and she sees no reason as to why not so 🤞

I had a VBAC for my second birth and planning another for my third! I had an emergency c section for my first baby. I went into spontaneous labour at 40+4, it was a very quick birth and I unfortunately needed forceps as my son's shoulder got stuck, but the recovery was so much better for me than my section was. I wasn't keen to be induced as this can slightly increase your risk of uterine rupture and chance of section so was relieved to go naturally. If you have any other more specific questions please feel free to PM me😘

I have the same question too x

I'm planning on a VBAC. I've made sure my consultant is for VBAC as the first one who I saw really wasn't. Also doing lots of hypnobirthing practice x
