My LO is 2 in a week, has anyone’s LO the same age dropped their nap? He’s only having 45 mins a day (he falls asleep quickly and I have to wake him) but he’s taking a while to get to sleep at night? Don’t know if to not give him it? 🤷♀️

I try limit my daughter having a nap. I try not to let her have one or if she does need one I make sure it is no later than 1 so that then helps her sleep at night and go to bed better

My boy (2) still naps at nursery but refuses at home and I can’t force him so on the weekends we just skip nap and he seems pretty happy. During the week he’s at nursery it’s harder to get him to sleep at night so I’ve asked them to cap his naps by 2pm and wake him so evenings are a bit easier. It’s tough as I know they still need sleep in the day for their development, but the flip side is him going to bed at 9pm and being grumpy in the mornings! Xx

my girl is the opposite, has started refusing to nap at nursery but easily sleeps at home.. funny little things aren’t they 😂 but she also defo goes down quicker at night on days she doesn’t nap but is quite spicy in the few hours before bed 😂

We haven’t had a nap for about 9 months 🤦🏻♀️😂

Yup! Mine has been skipping or taking late naps/short naps

My little one obviously has high sleep needs. He sleeps 8-8 at night no issues and has a 2/2.5 hour nap during the day between 1.30pm and 4pm. I often have to get him up at 4pm.
