My little girl is breastfed exclusively, she used to really struggle when passing wind and having a poo, I've taken her to the doctors about it and they said it was normal for her age and she'd grow out of it. She has but I felt dismissed when I mentioned the colour and the mucus that she occasionally has. My eldest has a cows milk allergy and was formula fed but shes almost 10 so I can't remember exactly what her dirty nappies used to look like, I just remember she used to have blood in her poo. Does this dirty nappy look like anyone else's little one before a allergy diagnosis, Im planning on cutting dairy out my diet for 6 weeks to see if there's any improvement but I basically survive on cheese 😅 Thankyou.

It does look like mucosy poo. Whether it’s CMPA or not, hard to tell. How old is she? And does she have any other problems?
