I used to think journalling was overrated but now that is my fool proof way of grounding myself and recharging. Sometimes I’ll just do some doodles or copy quotes off Pinterest - but the fact I’m not on my phone or doing something for my toddler gives me that moment to revitalise. I’d love to hear more ideas below x

going to yoga class. i love it. i used to journal all the time but i haven’t in a while. it’s really helpful to just “brain dump” especially if im having a hard time

sometimes it can feel quite exhausting forcing yourself to write so I totally get you. It’s lovely you have another way to let off the steam💕
