Tilting crib for reflux

So I know it’s not recommended to tilt the next to me crib for sleeping however my baby is so congested and has silent reflux and won’t sleep at night unless on me.

Has anyone tilted their crib and it’s been fine? Like ever so slightly tilted…

I’m so tired.

We did this when LO had a bad cold and he was fine

Yeaah I had mine just one one click higher on the head end for silent reflux when she was tiny and I do it when she's got a cold too and it did help.
I think they just mean don't be silly with it and put it on such an angle that baby crumples at the bottom!

Our son had reflux and we always had it tilted, the DR actually recommended us to do it but just one click higher

Okay thank you! Will be doing this then. Just one click higher x

I did it with mine and then never put it back again!

Now she’s 16 months and she still sleeps with a pillow under her mattress! She’s such a congested bambino!

Also highly recommend a calpol plug in! :)

My pediatrician said it’s ok to do this if it’s just slightly higher. I did this when my daughter was super congested from a cold.

My health visitor actually recommended doing it when my little boy had terrible reflux. I think I did a couple of settings, as 1 didn't seem to do anything, but I agree not too much of an angle :)

so I tiled the mattress with a blanket last night and it worked a little bit! Will tilt the crib properly tonight

We put ours one click higher on the head side and haven’t put it back since. Baby sleeps better with it like that x

Help! First time mum -

I have a 4 month old and now all of a sudden when he’s been asleep for 1hr30/2hrs he will wake up screaming (high pitched) I’ve tried winding him sometimes that helps, I’ve tried bicycle legs & bringing his knees up but that doesn’t seem to help but he brings his knees up himself sometimes but nothing happens. I’ve noticed since the 4 month mark he has started to struggle passing wind downwards! Any tips?

Bath Time

Help! My baby is 3 and a half weeks old. Every bath she goes in quite happy but will only stay like this for a very few mins, if I try to clean her or move her we have tears and after a few mins the same. It's like she is scared. Our current baby bath is quite big should I try a different one? Looking for any suggestions as want her to enjoy bath time not be upset and I'm scared I'm going to make her hate it😢💗

Crying during feeding

Hey mams! My girl is 6 weeks on Monday and is having so much trouble with feeding. It doesn’t happen every feed but more often than not she will start a bottle and just start crying as if she’s in pain and she can’t take the milk. I think it’s trapped wind but I genuinely don’t know what to do it’s so pitiful to see her not be able to feed! She’s formula fed and on HiPP Organic.
Anyone else been in this position? I’m pretty sure it’s just a bit of trapped wind that she needs to fart out but can’t! If anyone has any advice I’d be very grateful as I think I may need to tape my eyelids open soon 😂
