My baby wakes up by 6 every day doesn't matter when she goes down. So we put her down between 6:30-7:30
we co sleep and they still wake up at least 2-3 times at night but they normally are down for 11-13 hours
Id love to say 6-7 but usually it's around 5 đź«
Asleep at 8pm - wakes up at 9pm, 10:30pm, 11:30pm, 2:30am, 6am, then up for the day around 9am. (She barely eats during the day bc she’s so distracted. She used to sleep through the night 🥲)
@Christi that was us for a few weeks and now we r down to 4 am and then 6 am and I put her back to sleep with me until 8
I’d love to hear about how you got down to just 2 feedings! Tell me your secret lol
@Christi she just naturally did it! She used to wake up at 12,2, 4, 6 and then 8 when she was going through her regression. It lasted soooo long. We started to sleep train her very lightly and after that she just woke up twice! Also if ur baby sleeps with a light on I learned they fall asleep better without one, I only have the sound machine going now instead of both.
