Clexane injections after c section

Did anyone else have to inject them self with clexane for 6 weeks after c section

Anyone only did the first week and didn’t do
The remaining 5 weeks like me 🤭
I just couldn’t bare it every time I knew I had to do it I’d sit there for a good 20
Minutes and I’d chicken out.

I only had mine for 10 days and got my partner to do them, there’s no way I could do it myself 😂

More of us need to be told that you can also inject into your thigh and bum. I don't mind needles but i was dreading it, it hurt so much in your stomach. It just needs to dissolve into fat so my thunder thighs came in handy 😂 it's so important to take them all as blood clots is the leading cause of death in post partum women. But i completely get why you didn't carry on, i wouldn't of if i thought i had to only jab my belly

Absolutely hate hate hate any sort of injection and so, when I was given these I got my mum to do them for me 🤣🤣 I was initially given the injections in 3rd trimester before they told me I wouldn’t need them due to the medically history not being more specific and then I got put on them 10 days after the section but I think it depends on BMI, medical history, any complications xx

Day out after c section

Hey,
I had an emergency c section 1 week ago I obviously don't want a day out right now but I have things booked for the Easter holidays so in 2 weeks. I was just wondering if I will be overdoing it if I have a day out then or will I be ok? I would still take it as easy as I could. When did everyone feel good enough to go out?

Invited to a chuckie cheese party but I don't have money and don't want to tell my daughter that's why we can't go. Does anyone know how their parties work?

I'm not sure how chuckie cheese parties are. If they give you money to play or not if you're in the party. And then I'm wondering if it's an actual birthday party or if they're just going to chuckie cheese. Some guy in my building told me a couple weeks ago that his son's birthday is today and he's thinking of doing chuckie cheese. They sent an invite but I feel so insecure not being able to afford anything. Like if they don't have food for example. Idk what to do.

Owlet

Anyone else’s owlet driving them mad?? It goes off 5/6 times night saying it can’t get a reading and needs a snug fit. My baby is 8 months old so moves a lot. It is driving me insane and I keep end up taking it off! Anyone had similar issues?

Reduced Movements

Has anyone else gone in for monitoring for reduced movements and as soon as you arrive at triage the baby starts moving and the CTG is normal? It makes me feel like I am over reacting.

Newborn stage

Is anyone tired of doing the same thing everyday and being on a 2-3 hour schedule? It’s the same everyday and I feel like I’m losing my mind. It’s making me depressed even if I get out once a day. When does it get better? I feel like I’m just waiting for the next stage where it’s not just sitting around all day.
