Yep!

Just make sure it's tuna in spring water nothing else

Sure!
How often is tuna recommended? I'm in the UK with tinned tuna in spring water. I don't eat it myself and can't seem to get straight answer from google/solid starts . Thankyou all x

Once a week is fine if you are giving to baby

Different types of tuna have different levels of mercury the abalone white yellowfin bigeye ones are too high for small children especially babies but the “light” (it’s skipjack) there’s a lot of other types of canned fish that have much less if you want something canned but low mercury (out of other canned fish only king mackerel has high levels, salmon sardines anchovies etc all very low and all with much. Higher omega 3.. occasional light tuna in small amounts isn’t a huge risk but mercury is bio accumulative & definitely something to keep an eye on
