My girls (7 months) grown two incredibly sharp teeth, she seems to find amusement in biting instead of feeding and my god it hurts!! I have to pull away, which she either laughs or cries at depending on her mood… i dont want to give in BFing but im getting worried before each feed! Any advice? She is on solids too but of course needs milk!

When my daughter started biting me (she got her first teeth around 6 months!) I would tell her no biting very firmly. If she bit me again, I’d unlatch her and again say firmly no biting and pause the feeding by putting her on the ground and look away from her. The point I was making was if you bite you don’t get attention. I would only look away for maybe 15-20 seconds at most as she would normally cry. Then I’d pick her back up and cuddle her and resume the feeding. I only had to do that a couple times before she really got the message. Hope that helps!
