Hi mummies, my periods returned last month (5m pp) I have had all the symptoms of a period, with no bleeding this month... Like absolutely nothing... Now I'm having symptoms of ovulation. Has anyone regained their periods, then they stopped again? (Absolutely, 100%, not pregnant) Baby is EBF

Hi, it can be common for periods to change through the months. Can be stress/hormone/diet/physical/medicine related. Iv had normal periods and then suddenly they behaved like yours and then 2 months later they were normal again.

I’ve got the opposite in the sense mine won’t go away! In the 18 weeks since my C-section I’ve bled more than not but know that periods can be irregular for a while after birth. I’m just trying to ride it out as best I can x

I also gave birth via emergency C-section... 1st out of 3 children so don't know what to expect x

Menstrual cycle syncing experience?

Hi all, read the book In The Flo from Alisa Vitti and feel like I've lived in the dark for most of my adult life 😯
Anyone has experience with cycle syncing your life (food, exercise, planning schedule etc) with your period phases? Did it help you in any way - feel healthier, happier, lose weight, get less PMS... ?
It feels like something everyone should be taught at school but no women I directly spoke to knows anything about it...

Period late

Could I be going through menopause at 26? I missed a period 2 months ago then had one the next month this month no period yet just feeling crampy and like my periods going to come but nothing yet, sleepy as Heck! Sore breast I took a test but was negative then a couple of days later I wound up spotting for a little then it stopped thought it was my period but nothing do you guys think it’s pregnancy or menopause my hormones have been sooooo off since my 2nd daughter which was a year and a half ago they never went back normal

Sweats

Im 6 days pp and its been really tough going everytime I manage to sleep i wake up soaking in sweat, its awful. Is this normal? I lost alot of blood, vaginal birth with the hormone drip. I just feel disgusting and need to shower every time I get up
