I followed Ella’s kitchen two week plan. Kept to vegetables to begin with as I didn’t want him getting use to sweet fruits.

I was the exact same, I just used solid starts app as it tells you how to prep/cut everything safely. I did a mix of purées/ pouches and baby led weaning. Just start off with single ingredients and they only need a couple of spoonfuls a day at first. Introduce any allergens a tiny bit at a time then increase each day
I did spoon feed her a lot up to about 11 months (always let her explore the cutlery as well). We have a confident eater at 13 months with hands and cutlery so looking back there’s nothing I’d do differently x

We did the same as Marissa.
We focused on all of the allergens first as thats our country's recommendation is for early and regular exposure. Additionally if baby is breastfed you need to focus on iron rich foods come 6 months.
Don't be afraid to add flavour! A little cinnamon or spices goes a long way!

Avoid pouches - watch the bbc doc
