How to wean 8 week old off 2 hourly bottles

Baby is still tiny. Keep it going.
In a few months try. But god do not take them off it yet. Let him/her be a newborn!!!!!

If baby is still asking for a feed every two hours then keep going with it 😊
You can obviously increase the amount in the bottles if baby still seems hungry and not fully satisfied when they’ve finished it though. As they get older and start to eat more, they’ll go longer. I understand feeding every two hours overnight is exhausting 🫶🏻

Take a look at growth spurts, they increase and decrease their intake so much over the first few months xx

They are 8weeks old, babies will only eat what they need and when they need it

Try increasing the amount of milk but honestly at that age it's normal to feed that often

right. Mine is almost 8 months and has only just gone to 3 hourly feeds

its a pain still always trying to arrange your day around feeds every 2 hrs x

You can't. My 5 month old has a bottle every 2-2.5 hours

Does it get better??? Can they wind themselves at least

Might be cluster feeding maybe? Keep at it for a bit before trying
