I don’t know my daughter anymore???

Lately…she’s been…a menace honestly!!! She’s not following what we say, disobeying me, getting into everything she’s not supposed to! Hitting me, throwing tantrums, screaming in the car, throwing items, throwing food and I feel like I don’t know her anymore.

Yes it’s a part of being toddler but as a mom and my experience I can suggest you that when her days start show her extra love like playing , hugging , cuddling , singing her favorite rhymes give her kisses all the time and it changes her behavior through out the day because I used to get frustrated and annoyed but then I started doing jumping playing with my toddler and he gets calm & happy through out the day. Let’s try this even if you don’t feel like to because in the end they are our kids and
Crying is the only way they are communicating with us so stay calm and if she does anything unapproved do still calmly and politely tackle the situation. I hope it will work for you as well

I used to feel this way but I read somewhere "your baby is not trying to give you a difficult time, they are going through a difficult time." It kind of helped me calm myself down and approach her tantrums with a bit more grace.

Same. She’s a tiny tyrant. I need this phase to be over w already

Aaahh haha I call my daughter a menace almost daily (not to her, but when someone asks what shes doing its usually "oh, just being a menace...again" lol). From what ive read its also a part of them realizing theyre an individual human, and exploring that, while still completely lacking emotional regulation skills. So biting, hitting, pinching, tantrums, crying, screaming...its all either figuring out how their environment reacts to them, exploring the idea of "choice", trying to communicate when they lack the words, a total lack of emotional regulation, or a combination. It's so hard for us to deal with, but its even harder for them. Imagine the most overstimulated you've ever been, and now Imagine you're incapable of speaking, while also learning like 50 new things a day, and thats basically a toddler. It'll get better tho, you've got this!!

Help! First time mum -

I have a 4 month old and now all of a sudden when he’s been asleep for 1hr30/2hrs he will wake up screaming (high pitched) I’ve tried winding him sometimes that helps, I’ve tried bicycle legs & bringing his knees up but that doesn’t seem to help but he brings his knees up himself sometimes but nothing happens. I’ve noticed since the 4 month mark he has started to struggle passing wind downwards! Any tips?

Breastfeeding

Does it ever feel better? The actual feeding part of it is going really well and baby boy is growing so well. I’m struggling with how my boobs feel day to day - it’s really getting me down most days. The let downs make me feel awful and sounds silly but, I am also really missing not wearing a bra! 9 weeks postpartum and still getting fairly engorged, even with comfort pumping.

Any advice or just shared stories would help. I’m so torn between carrying on because I enjoy the feeding side of it or switching to formula.

Bath Time

Help! My baby is 3 and a half weeks old. Every bath she goes in quite happy but will only stay like this for a very few mins, if I try to clean her or move her we have tears and after a few mins the same. It's like she is scared. Our current baby bath is quite big should I try a different one? Looking for any suggestions as want her to enjoy bath time not be upset and I'm scared I'm going to make her hate it😢💗

Big nursing bras!

I’m looking for recommendations for good nursing bras for bigger breasted ladies!

I’m currently in a 38H which seems to be the biggest size done at M&S (UK based mama here) and it’s snug and not as supportive as I’d like. When I look online, they mainly seem to be sized S, M, L, XL etc rather than bra sizes.

Any recommendations please?
