Hello fellow Cincinnati moms! I’m looking for suggestions for weekly summer activities or classes for our 3.5-year-old daughter. She’s in daycare full-time, so she’s used to being around other kids, but we’re hoping to find something outside of school that helps her build confidence, try something new, and meet new friends in a smaller, more focused setting.
She absolutely loves to dance (she’s recently taken an interest in ballet!) and sing, so we’ve been considering music or dance classes. We’re also curious about gymnastics, swim, or even something like karate to challenge her in different ways.
She can be slow to warm up to new people, so something with consistent instructors and a welcoming environment would be ideal.
If you’ve found any local programs around Cincinnati (especially on the east side, but open to anywhere!) that your toddler has enjoyed, I’d love to hear your recommendations.
Thanks so much! 💛

My son is 4 and he goes to KidStrong he’s still in daycare for the summer bc I work full time but he goes Tuesday nights but they also offer a summer camp or classes 2x weekly ! They have a free trial class if you’d like to check it out to see if you like it the concept is honestly hard to explain lol but they do a bunch of challenges and obstacle courses and the kids practice speaking in front of audiences they pick a captain each class and the captain leads their chant it’s pretty cool! Builds confidence strength , they host movie nights and also parent date nights where you can bring the kids and come back there’s an equal amount of boys and girls in the classes also
