how much did you pay for that Squishmallows cake? It’s so nice!

Also did you get it from the Wallington shop?

How many slices/people was it meant to feed?

£125, 22 servings but it did more! I collected from the West Wickham shop but it’s all one lady who makes them and then delivers to her shops, wherever people find easiest to collect from so doesn’t make a difference xx

and they taste amazing also 😍

Thankyou lovely, West Wickham is on my way to work anyway so works out perfect. Such a reasonable price as well! I’ll definitely be placing an order for my daughter’s birthday!

Cake Box is fantastic! I worked there years ago and the cleaning standards are so high, they are very fresh and additionally they just rebranded and have a lot of amazing designs ❤️

I can vouch for both Lola’s cakes and Cake Box. Have used both for years now, never had a single problem and their cakes are so fluffy and light, I’ve always had numerous compliments and people asking for their details everytime.

There’s a Lola’s in Bromley which is 20 mins from Croydon and Cake Box in Croydon is on the High St.

Cake Box is also good if you have anyone who doesn’t eat egg as their cakes are eggless.

Hospital bag (UK)

What did everyone pack for their section? I'm staying in for 3 days due to mental health, not really sure what I'll need to bring, feeling very nervous. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

Pregnancy after c section

What time scale did everyone get pregnant again after a c section?
I know the doc said they recommend eating at least a year to 18 months but it took 4 years to get pregnant the first time after being told we could not conceive naturally so not wanting to stop it happening knowing it could take a very long time again but also worried.

Labour

Think im a bit confused really, i went into traige as was having contractions eveey 3-5mins. Since being here im now having them every 2-3mins which was confirmed with the machine and i think the toco was 90-100 and they feel painful and my lower back is in loads of pain but apparently im only just over 2cm dilated maybe, she has said i can stay here for a bit longer to see if things progress as had a previous quick birth as well but i dont understand why the pains are coming this quick if im only 2cm dilated and feel a bit deflated from it also.

I had a sweep this morning also.

C section trauma ?

Is it a thing to be traumatised by a c section delivery? I’m 4 weeks pp after having an emergency c section. I won’t go into the ins and outs to what got me there 😂
Nothing went wrong in the surgery at all, it was just incredibly intense, overwhelming and scary, but luckily my baby was delivered safe!
However I’m finding my birth experience quite difficult to even think about and when I do, I feel a horrid gut wrenching feeling, my heart aches and I just uncontrollably cry! My body feels really alien to me, like it’s not my own and I just feel really let down.
