Health visitors

Yeah I had a letter which I ignored so they called me I just told them I wasn’t interested in a visit, didn’t find them helpful with my son so not bothering this time

I've aso had this and didn't last time

I was contacted at 27w for her to come out to the house at 28w, we’re due to move house etc so I told her I would contact her once settled and she was lovely but I think it’s just to make sure mums coping okay and your conditions are all good at home :)

They don't really look for anything, its just a lengthy chat 🤣 I remember making my house spotless and we just spoke for a while about how I was feeling, plans for feeding, family set up etc.

Mine ended up being over the phone due to traffic. But it was just a general check in. Explaining what they do/offer after baby is here. They ask questions about you and your support system and just offer early advise on like baby sleeping etc xx

I had mine this morning, I found her really helpful with up to date info on me and baby as well as things going on in the area that I wasn’t aware of. I personally take all the appointments I can as they’re offered for a reason and can’t be over informed
