Is Mia ok as a nickname for Amelia? Or just name her Mia?

Mia works as a full name or a nickname for Amelia, so i would just go with whichever name you like! if you like Amelia, and would prefer your daughter to have a longer name, go with that - but if you love Mia and always plan to call her Mia, i would use it as a full name.

personally, i think Mia is a name that would suit someone at any age, and prefer it to Amelia - but obvs Amelia would give her more options as she grows older. 💕

I’m thinking of going for Amelia for the same reason - I was always annoyed my name couldn’t be shortened and like the number of nickname options from Amelia (Millie, Mia, Emmy etc)
