How to get labour started after membrane sweep

Rest and then go for a walk. With my first, after my sweep my husband gave me a massage, then I took a nap and then went for a nice walk. Baby was born less than 24 hours after the sweep

Within 24hrs I was in labor both times I had a sweep.

I had 2 stretch & sweeps and absolutely nothing worked for me to go into labour other than my daughter decided to come when she wanted to 8 days late!! 😭

With my little girl I had my sweep in the morning, went for a long walk in the afternoon and then a hot bath in the evening and she came that night! from sweep to baby in less than 24 hours. Good luck! 🤞🏼
