Bleeding and horrible labor

Had my baby on the 15th July 2 weeks early, was a horrific birth in which I wasn’t dilating enough therefore put on the hormone drip (had this with my first born and it was fine)

However this time the drip worked too quickly and I had back to back contractions with no rest in between, my body was urging me to push but on checking he was still high and my cervix was tilted, this caused baby to get stuck and his head at an angle it was hard to push him out. I had 4 failed epidurals as they couldn’t get the needle in as the contractions were one after the other I couldn’t get a break to be able to have any pain relief.
Apparently I stopped breathing twice for 2-5 minutes each time causing the crash team to have to come in and assist my labor.
Once baby was born it wasn’t over, my placenta was stuck and I was rapidly loosing blood. I was transferred to theatres without seeing my baby and had to have manual placenta removal, they advised they got everything out (I have previously had retained placenta with my first born which they allowed to naturally pass)

After birth I didn’t bleed a lot which surprised me. Fast forward to now, nearly 2 weeks on I have been feeling an insane amount of pressure down below, I assumed I was getting a prolapse, however Wednesday night I passed a large clot that I had to push out and the pressure was a massive relief but the bleeding started getting heavier, last night again I felt this insane amount of pressure, pushed as if I was having a baby and again a clot the size of a tennis ball came out the pressure was relieved but again the bleeding came heavy. Inbetween I have been passing golf ball size clots. Since Tuesday I have had an insane headache like a burning sensation that cannot be relived, I’ve also been incredibly light headed (they put this down to me loosing a lot of blood and needing transfusions and my levels working back up)

I am currently on blood thinners following my surgery and being classed a category 5 risk for blood clots. I spoke to the postnatal ward who have told me it should be fine and not to worry unless I feel unwell.

Has anyone else had this before? What was the cause of it?
