I think im like really far into it.. like i feel like i was asking for help but now im so out of it i can’t actually explain, concentrate, I don’t feel real but i feel like its just me and this baby but my body aches so bad i feel like its like always in the same positions where im hunched over or curved to cradle the baby.. i have like 0 alone time.. i have no idea who i am anymore not that i knew before but i had a good idea and a better grip on who i was and i had hobbies, friends, i did shit I had my own motion. I was somebody.. but now im inside. Hours away from my family. No friends, hsdo, im a sahm, and my babies dad works all day. Even on his off days. I realized I can’t not be okay so I’ve just pushed my physical and mental pain away and im runny on adrenaline atp.. I don’t have a village and im trying so hard to be okay and smile but im in so much pain in every way im not happy at all and i wish things could be so much different.

Do you have any mental health benefits? Talking with a counselor, your primary care, or the doc you saw while pregnant could be a good place to start. You’re never too far gone to feel better.
As far as feeling hunched over: if you stack pillows on your lap you can raise baby up to your height and it’s easier on our bodies than bending to them? There are tons of simple yoga videos on YouTube that could help stretch out your body. Yoga With Adriene is a great place to start.
There are probably mom groups near where you live? If you have instagram, there are Mom Walk Collectives in many cities, and you can search for one near you. That can be a great place to talk to other moms since you’re feeling so isolated.

I’m going through something similar. Just starting to come out of it. I’m here to chat if you want to reach out. We can go through this together 🩵
