Anyone found anything that helps getting pregnant when husband has undescended testicle ? Doctors say this is the reason for his low sperm count but won’t do anything about it . I feel lost and honestly now cry myself to sleep every night because of the stress it’s starting to cause I feel like there’s no hope left now .

So my husband had undescended testicles and had them operated on when he was a child, he still has poor sperm, so operating now likely won’t improve the sperm.
He took Procieve tablets which helped improve his numbers (not enough to get pregnant naturally) we did IVF with ICSI.
my husband had his put back into place as a child but it rebounded and they just left it and they’ve said because of the heat where it is it effects sperm count and usually removing would help but the nhs won’t do it .
We tried procieve but it didn’t effect his sperm count 😣

Are you eligible for IVF? Unfortunately that was the only thing at worked for us. Never had a natural pregnancy.

If you go private ( done quicker)- your husband should get a full MOT and genetic testing . Sometimes there’s a genetic cause for undescended testes in men. If a cause is found , and you are eligible you can get IVF on the NHS. Your husband can have micro tese too for IVF. Don’t lose hope, medicine and science have come a long way.
unfortunately we don’t qualify for IVF on the NHS and funding it ourselves isn’t really an option .
We did get pregnant 5 years ago so know it is possible but that was 5 years ago and we’re 3 years into actively trying now with no luck I honestly don’t know what’s different now to then
unfortunately going private isn’t an option for us financially and we don’t qualify for NHS IVF even though the NHS have told us the only thing we can do is IVF 🤦🏼♀️
