So on Friday I went to triage with reduced movement and everything was fine but now today again I’m not really feeling baby as much and I can’t help but worry I’m so tired of it :(

I know how you feel, I have an anterior placenta and it was a constant worry for me. The anxiety is real as the movement is so up and down. But triage are amazing and they always say to ring them.
How far along are you?

Every day can be slightly different with movements but I can completely relate. This is what I do:
-Drink a lot of water - if it is from the fridge or with icecubes , even better
- Have something sweet (if you do not have gestational diabetes). I find that cookies help
- Lay on my back and relax
- Have a bath
- Play some music while laying down
If none of the above makes a difference, it is always worth calling triage again as it is better to be safe
Rest moments are quite important. For example, I had a lot of movement all morning, and the moment I started doing things, I haven't felt any movement. I have just sat on a chair not moving much and baby has started to move again
I am currently just over 30 weeks so movements have increased more in the last couple of weeks
I’m 29 weeks with an anterior placenta!

I also have an anterior and some days he is active and then he has quiet days. It’s so so hard as your told to ring triage but with an anterior it’s muffled so much especially if they move positions x
