I have just realised the rehydration sachets I have taken occasionally have 125 micrograms vitamin a retinol in them.
I probably have taken a maximum of 10 sachets over the past 2 months (second trimester) and I'm panicking that I may have caused defects/developmental delays in my baby.
Google is telling me all sorts. Some say that as long as it's below 1500 micrograms that it shouldn't be an issue, but others are saying any amount can cause severe defects.
My 20 week scan showed no physical issues, but I'm so scared that I'll have caused developmental delays to my baby which I won't know about until long after birth.
My midwife is on annual leave so I can't get any advice until she's back and I'm freaking out.
Does this amount sound low enough to not cause an issue? I know that some people don't even know they're pregnant and probably take or use retinol until they find out so I'm hoping the low amount I've taken will be fine.

Did you have nipt testing as well as your anatomy scan? If your doctors didn’t see anything physical on your anatomy scan you’re fine mama.

Please don't worry. That amount is safe. I take 750mcg of vitamin a in the form of retinol (retinyl palmitate) every day in my prenatal. It's actually 1500 mcg total but the other 50% is beta-carotene. I take the one from Needed. Definitely have a look at the supplement facts of that one if it will bring you some peace of mind. Some amount of vitamin a during pregnancy is actually great for the baby because most people are deficient unless they regularly eat beef liver. I don't! Lol. Having a bit in supplements is my go-to
