The app hasnāt pushed back ovulation. No idea what my body is doing this month. Been having dark LH strips but not a peak and no clear signs in my bbt. LH is higher than last months. Never seems to be above 0.7.
Do you think itās anovulatory?

How long he have you been using the app? Iāve found it takes a while to adjust if you have irregular cycles. Mine doesnāt usually move ovulation until I have my actual ovulation which has been CD37 and CD43 last 2 cycles. I think itās too early to say if itās an anovulatory cycle.
Ok thank you. Been using it since May. Been tracking bbt since and start LH levels the last two cycles. Not having luck with them either. Cycles are irregular and I have undiagnosed PCOS. Trying to keep up BD incase I randomly ovulate but Iām on CD23 now and nothing. š£ isnāt my first cycle like it. Had one similar in June.

If you have PCOS this would explain why youāre getting dark LH strips without a peak and no BBT rise.
Probably not anovulatory, but rather just not ovulating yet. PCOS does cause long cycles, how long are yours typically?
Iāve been trying to track my cycle. On average itās around 31/32 days but ⦠some cycles this year I havenāt had a period at all. Last month was 28 days which is never the case for me.
Sometimes itās been 35/36 days. Hard to not get my hopes up that I will ovulate. Ttc baby number 2 and itās becoming disheartening. X

You havenāt had a period at all? So what do you count as first day of new cycle? As far as I understand with PCOS if you donāt have a period you would still be in the cycle, until your period starts.
Luteal phases are always the same, so for example 10-16 days in length (as the average). So if you count back 10-16 days on the start of your period youāll get an idea when ovulation happened. You will be ovulating but I appreciate itās really hard to catch it. Youāll get there x
