I'm assuming poop stain? I'm not sure about anything that's been left or stained for a while, but when my little one gets poop on her clothes I rinse them in cold water ASAP, then hand wash in the sink with hot water and detergent, chuck in the washing machine with a load, and it's always been fine!
Bringing whites back to white you could try vanish or pink stuff? They've got something for that, don't know how well it works though. Vanish used to work on my school shirts when I was a kid 🤷‍♀️

I put in cold water straight away a bit before washing and then add a stain remover and if possible hang outside in the sunlight it’s the perfect ‘bleacher’

Put washing up liquid on the fresh stain and if it’s still there after washing leave in direct sunlight (I’ve left things on the line in the rain before for a couple of days to catch the sunny spells between showers)

With poo I chuck it in the sink and scrub it out with cold water straight away, then chuck it in the wash and it’s gone, if sick is abit yellow it sometimes stains I use a oxy spray as it’s ok on colours and it gets her sick stains out

the sun usually helps, The second there’s anything that can stain throw it in the sink, the bath whatever just get that thing weeeeetttt asap, U don’t gotta wash it instantly just get it wet and soaking, wash with stain remover at a high temp, For example whites use vanish, at 60-90° for the cottons wash, usually the longest program. And if it’s sunny leave that thing out in the sun to dry. if not tumble dry it x

When do things get easier?

As we entered the 9-12 month stage, my son started crawling and pulling himself up. He also became more clingy and does not play alone, still doesnt sleep through the night, and this week has been sick (so EVERYTHING amplified). I am tired and overwhelmed. Please lie and tell me things get better. 🥺

Colostrum storing?

Has anyone successfully extracted colostrum before the baby’s born? Apparently it gets produced from 16w pregnant and you can start storing it in the freezer but I’m 34w looking at my nipples and the syringes on amazon wondering how it works?? Like what did you use and did it hurt? 🥲

4 month bed time

What time do you put your babies to bed?
What time do you start your 'routine?'
My LO currently goes to bed around 10.30pm, and I know i need to start bringing it forward. Everytime ive tried, it takes longer for my LO to settle.
We are exclusively breastfeeding. Any advice Mamas?

Combi feeding advice

Has anyone gone from EBF to combi feeding? Currently do one bottle of EBM per night and they one half formula half breast milk mixed in the day. The other times she still feeds on me. Ideally I want to feed all day via bottle and all night with breast. She’s 7 weeks and takes a bottle well, how long should I leave it before adding another bottle to her daily routine?
