Did anyone suffer from HG? I am wanting another baby but couldn’t bare the thought of HG again.
Do you plan on having another baby? When do you plan on having another baby?
My LO is 6 months old and I’m trying to work out the best age gap with HG in mind.

Yes I had this! But thankfully I was prescribed a new anti sickness medication and it made it more manageable

So I was borderline HG but never diagnosed with it. With my first I was sick every day from start to finish, only meal I could keep down was lunch. I lost over a stone when she was born. It was a hard pregnancy.
We didn't start trying for number 2 until toddler was 17 months old. Got pregnant with number 2 when she was 21 months old. I was sick from start to finish again. No relief.
The sickness was honestly the easier part. Mentally I told myself it was only 9 months. The harder part was the exhaustion. My daughter is really active so it was hard to keep up with her but she also had the understanding why I was being sick and why I was tired as I spoke about the pregnancy all the time. Where in my first I could come home from work and sleep, or nap on days off, the second one I couldn't rest like that.
I still wouldn't change my decision knowing what I know now if I had the chance to do over but the pregnancy was harder the second time. X

Had HG through 2 full pregnancies; both girls x

Hi, HG here with first little girl she’s 5m now. I don’t know whether I could do it again tbh. I would recommend chatting to pregnancy sickness charity, they can advise about getting meds in prep (sorry if you know this already).

Had horrendous HG for 1st pregnancy, 2 years later luckily fell pregnant again with our 2nd girl. No HG. Xx

3 pregnancies and HG with both second and third. Third one I knew signs and got meds asap so didn’t end up hospitalised.

Hey ! I had hg with my little girl .. she is 6 months old now - it was so rough 9 months of Iv fluids , hospital stays and feeling awful but would I do it again I don’t know . It’s a tough one . I want another but I’m so scared .

I had mild HG with my first pregnancy and awful HG with my second. I was lucky that it eased off at 20 weeks, but it was very tough going through HG and having a lively toddler who didn’t understand why I had no energy etc. but so worth it to have my 2 boys now. Medication definitely helped me get through it, as well as taking as much help from family and friends as I could
