Schedules

Wondeing if anyone has a good schedule they have created with their husband/partner/other half that balances out. We have a 9 no old and I’m burning out completely. I have ADHD so everything also feels a lot more overwhelming and my mental health is rocky! Want to be the best Mumma I can be. For me having time for exercise is also important. How do people fit it all in? Open to any and all suggestions. Thank you :)
