Christmas gift for cleaners?

If you can do 100 each for the three if they are three but you can’t give them a 20 dollar tip like the minimum has to be at least 50 in the holidays they really need it for their families and kiddos. My mom was a cleaner and those extra really made a difference in what was served and what was gifted

So in the US a normal christmas bonus for household employees is one weeks wages. Not sure what it is across the pond tho

i would give them cash and make a little bag of goodies like what u give kids.. inside you can put chocolates, hot chocolate/instant coffee pouch, lip balm, hair tie, hydration packets, anything really. You can get all this stuff at dollar store for cheap too

Personally I’d give £10-20 tip each in the UK. Depends how many people come, my cleaner id give her £20.

As someone who works in beauty most I have ever gotten from a client is £20 x

Tbh I feelike it's so little but idk 🤷🏾‍♀️ if I got 20* as a gift or money from my employer I'd be like 👀🙄🤷🏾‍♀️ 😬 but I also don't have employees so I am being extra perhaps. If I did I would open an account specifically for such occasions where I can put aside a little extra just for them then after 12 months I can have a little more to give. It's great that you are thinking of them. Regardless the amount it's a great thought. And whatever you decide they'll definitely appreciate.

Ok I get now why I was sooooo confused lol 😂 I read it and immediately thought you were their "employer or business owner" so sorry 😌 my answer was in an business owner / employer's pov ..not that they were just your regular cleaners that came every month to your house lol. Well in that case the original amount and thought is totally fine. Because they'll probably get more from other satisfied customers like you. I just imagined after working so hard for their employer all year they just got that as a bonus.

Whatever you can afford but cash is good idea. Since living expenses is high and that cash can help them
