Maybe look out for a local honey if there is one. They say in adults it can help with hay-fever symptoms so feels like it could be a good option but as far as I know honey is honey as long as its just normal natural honey

Have you a farm shop near by? They'll have some local honey. It's also the time of year for lots of markets everywhere, so have a look at honey stalls there too
My son loves honey and eats it off a spoon 🤣

I chose a local one as it helps prevent hayfever

Local in a glass jar if possible. Organic. The ones in plastic have a lot of microplastics
