Anyone else ride dirt bikes? I was able to ride only once after having my son but my pelvic floor muscles were not having it. Need to keep on with my PT and exercises, can't wait to ride again

Not a dirt bike momma but I am a snowboarding and snowmobiling momma and I can sooooo relate to this and fuck yes get it!!!!!!!!

You can slowly ride on the dirt bike on flat land first while engaging your core to get your muscles up. Do that for a couple months then you can start tackling the small jumps and later eventually, the big jumps. Bike riding is amazing for core but start slow and easy getting back into it Xx
