how old is she? there are different ways to serve them by age

I cut them in spears and then roll them in hemp seeds for added nutrients and easier handling

I work at a nursery and have found if you use your finger and push down the middle of the banana once peeled it splits in three finger sized pieces without the stickiness! It takes a few tries to master without mushing it but It’s the best life hack 🤣

I cut them in half and remove a cm piece of the skin at a time so she can hold it and just eat a little

Same as Mia, cut in half and remove some of the skin so they can hold the skin and eat the bit of banana that's poking out (like stripping a wire).

Try rolling them in shredded coconut, oat/almond flour, hemp seeds, flax meal etc.

My LO is 6 months, I purée with a little breast milk or water and freeze. When I thaw a portion overnight I’ll add a little bit of chia seed so it’s nice and mushy the next day for breakfast.

I just give them to him straight up. I split it in half

We peel the banana and share it usually. He is 1 year and prefers to bite his banana like we do

I rolled avocado slices in dried baby oatmeal. Made it easier to grasp for baby. Didn’t taste bad either
