I don't have enough energy to play or tire her out.

Have you tried extended bed time or shortening their day nap? My little one wakes up all the time until he almost 2.. I had to shorten his name, put his bedtime a little later and I used a magnesium cream for his feet. Changing bed time / nap times can be challenging for the first week or two as it’s a change for them I had to deal with a few tantrums and trying to keep him awake. But it worked in the end. Good luck :)

If she is not crying just let her stay up and put herself to sleep. Dont interrupt it. Also check if her room is too hot. Rooms that are too warm can wake you up.

When my son turned one he went through a sleep regression and was transitioning from two to one naps so had a good month or so of waking up in the middle of the night for a good few hours. We just went with the flow. I'd take him downstairs for a "reset" we would play aquarium videos of fishes that was low stimulating for him. Then reset bedtime and take him up to sleep and he would go off again. It's so so common at that age. Once he was on one nap a day consistently the nightly wake up stopped. Just had to grin and bare it.

We don't go to our son unless he cries. If he wakes up in the night or wakes up early and isn't crying we leave him to entertain himself which he is happy to do 95% of the time!
