If I’m being honest what I used for my infant/toddler was Clorox wipes and just wiped the toys down let it dry then went back over it with a wet rag then let it dry

A steamer is great for sanitizing you can even just use a small one for cloths works great and is used in Healthcare safe and no chemicals use distilled water

We only have a handful of ball pit balls in her bath tub and I just did dawn dish soap and water and made sure to rinse them well

I put all our stuffies in the washing machine! You can buy laundry sanitizer & I put that in the rinse cycle. I wash on delicate with cold water & I’ve never had an issue. I’ll put “fancier” stuffies in laundry bags to protect nicer fabrics/beads/etc.
Diluted bleach can be good for things like plastic toys. But I usually use a damp washcloth with Dawn soap if I have to clean something like that. And solid plastic toys can be run through the washing machine if they don’t have holes! I put them in there with a towel or two to lessen the noise
Hope she’s feeling better! 💖

I fully replace all bath toys every few months and stuffed animals I’d throw as many as possible into the washer and just disinfect the rest of toys the best I can and hope for the best

If you have a dishwasher use it and you can use your washing machine. I worked in daycare for 14 years. Easiest and best way to clean lots at once. Also UV light

Outside on a hot day in a trash bag to destroy living things. Mainly I hear this about head lice.
And outside in Sun light to get rid of micro living things

Washing machine for what can go in and dishwasher for things that can go in there wooden toys I used vinegar and water and wiped all the rest down (anything suspicious toss)

I make a homemade disinfectant with Vinegar and lemon peels so it’s effective and safe for little kids that like to put things in their mouths lol

Hard plastic toys without electronics can go in the dishwasher on a disinfectant rinse. Super easy, and stuffed toys can go in the washing machine usually. X

I use Milton wipes
