Alongside your protein shake you could eat some eggs with egg whites (they’re really high protein and low cal) with chicken sausages and toast. Throughout the day you could snack on some deli meat, incorporate cottage cheese I like it with hot sauce but I know a lot of people aren’t too keen. Also you can make protein coffee

Oatmeal

Any type of potato is really good since they are a filling carb and veg but also adding beans to your diet would be really good it’s a good amount of protein while also being a dietary fiber
