Need help! My almost 1 year old has been dependant on breastfeeding through the night and is his only way of soothing.

This is my third child and the other two were sleeping through the night by 3 and 5months but he is still waking up and feeding or just soothing throughout the night. (I sleep on a floor bed with him)

It’s rough as he won’t let me rock him or try to change any soothing method. He has a madddd scream that busts eardrums and just absolutely looses it. I can’t help but just cave in especially when I’m half asleep in the middle of the night.
I really need advice and to hear if anyone has had the same experience and what they did?. Just struggling right now with this and need to get him off the boob at night.

Can anyone look after him for you so you are not there? If we reach that point my plan is a night or two away.

Okay we actually tried this the last two nights. And he’s been doing great! He wakes up and cries for a bit maybe like 5 minutes then goes back to sleep. I was having my husband put him to bed and be there incase he needed to go in at night. I was just way over stressed about this.

When do things get easier?

As we entered the 9-12 month stage, my son started crawling and pulling himself up. He also became more clingy and does not play alone, still doesnt sleep through the night, and this week has been sick (so EVERYTHING amplified). I am tired and overwhelmed. Please lie and tell me things get better. 🥺

Colostrum storing?

Has anyone successfully extracted colostrum before the baby’s born? Apparently it gets produced from 16w pregnant and you can start storing it in the freezer but I’m 34w looking at my nipples and the syringes on amazon wondering how it works?? Like what did you use and did it hurt? 🥲

4 month bed time

What time do you put your babies to bed?
What time do you start your 'routine?'
My LO currently goes to bed around 10.30pm, and I know i need to start bringing it forward. Everytime ive tried, it takes longer for my LO to settle.
We are exclusively breastfeeding. Any advice Mamas?

Self settling

Any tips or advice of how to teach 6.5month old to self settle? I’m up multiple times in the night to cuddle her back to sleep and put the dummy in. I understand she will wake up and want a cuddle etc but any tips on self settling would be appreciated 🥰

How many words

Just a quick gauge of how many words your little ones are saying at this age. I heard by 15 months it should be 5 words, are most around this mark ?
