There’s a lot of fear and worry around birth and most of it comes from not knowing what to expect.
That's why I believe that learning as much as you can about birth is so important and so I'm running a FREE pain management masterclass that will teach you.....
• why labour sensations feel the way they do
• what actually helps when things ramp up
• practical tools you can use in any type of birth
This is your last chance to join! Happening tomorrow – Sunday 25th Jan

This is my third and I'm excited to finally be planning a homebirth. My first labour was 11 hours, I gave birth in the hospital and I'm so enormously grateful for hypnobirthing teaching me to embrace the experience because I look back and describe it as euphoric. My second baby was born here in my home by mistake. We didn't plan a homebirth, but I was almost too relaxed and didn't realize I could be so far along after only 3 hours of labour. One minute I was in transition phase fearing how much more intense my contractions were about to get and the next minute he was there. Teaching me again that there was nothing to fear. So this time we're going to plan for it to happen at home and I'm very excited for all my births to be a different experience and all beautiful in their own way. ❤️
